Voluntary Swedish aviators during the Second World War

A number of Swedish pilots and aircrews served as volunteers during the Second World War. The most well-known are the volunteers in F19, the Swedish unit who took part in the Finnish-Soviet Winter War of 1939-40, but a number of Swedes also served in the RAF. These pages give a short presentation of these men.

If anyone have more information about voluntary Swedish aviators during this period, please don’t hesitate to contact the authors.
