Kapitan Yevgeniy Frantsevich Borovskiy

Yevgeniy Borovskiy was born in 1906.
When Germany attacked the Soviet Union on 22 June 1941, Kapitan Borovsky served in 120 IAP, flying Polikarpov I-153s. This unit was part of Moscow Air Defense Zone.
On 10 October, Borovskiy was killed when his aircraft was shot down by enemy AA-fire.
He was decorated with a posthumous Order of the Red Star on 28 October 1941.
At the time of his death, Borovskiy was credited with 3 biplane victories.
