Arkadiy Lodvikov was born in 1920.

He graduated from the flight school in Stalingrad in 1941.

Starshiy serzhant Lodvikov was posted to 611 IAP in December 1942.

On 18 September 1943, he was shot down by enemy AA and baled out. He landed in enemy territory and was captured.
He escaped on 23 October and joined a partisan unit.

On 15 January 1944, he was ferried across the frontline.
After passing checks, he returned to his regiment and continued to serve in a non-flying role.

Leitenant Lodvikov ended the war with 1 shared biplane victory and a total of 2.
These had been claimed during 216 combat missions.
