Viktor Nadeyev was born in 1918.

Mladshiy leitenant Nadeyev was posted to 651 IAP in November 1941. This unit was part of Stalingrad Air Defence Region and with this unit, he flew Polikarpov I-15bis and I-153s.

On 28 august 1942, he didn’t return from a combat mission.

At the time of his death, Nadeyev was credited with 2 biplane victories.
