Biplane fighter aces

Soviet Union

Starshiy Leytenant S. A. Necajev

In October 1941, Starshiy Leytenant Necajev served in the 120 IAP, which was equipped with Polikarpov I-153s.

On 10 October, he claimed a Bf 109 with RS82 rockets.
It is possible that this was 4-victory pilot Feldwebel K. Maraun of III/JG 27 who parachuted from his stricken fighter.

Mazhaiev ended the war with one biplane victory.
