Gennadiy Belikov was born in 1913.

From July 1941, leitenant Belikov served in 192 IAP. With this unit he flew Polikarpov I-153s on the Leningrad Front.

On 25 August, Andrey Raspertov claimed a shared Ju 88 over Spasskaya Polist' together with two other pilots. It’s possible that this was claimed together with leitenant Belikov since it’s known that he claimed a shared during the day.

In September 1941, he was posted to 26 IAP. This unit operated on the Leningrad Front and with this unit he flew I-16s and MiG-3s.

Starshiy leitenant Belikov was killed in a flying accident on 18 July 1942.

At the time of his death, Belikov was credited with 1 biplane victory and a total of 2.

On 10 August 1942, Belikov was decorated with a posthumous Order of the Red Banner.
