China
The conflict between China and Japan started before the outbreak of the Second World War but since it later continued as a part of this war, I have included it here.
During this conflict seven pilots became aces while flying biplanes.

At least four other Chinese ace claimed victories while flying biplanes.

If anyone could provide more information about Chinese pilots, I would be very grateful.
